gig7 IdeathonAI and prototyping toolkit, 5 and 6 November 2026

Everything from Simon's AI input in one place: today's plan, your group's MiroFish instance, the way to a clickable prototype, and the prompts to get there.

Today, Friday

  1. MiroFish warm-up A pitch meets a simulated crowd
  2. Build round Simon comes to your table
  3. Demo rehearsal 60 seconds, one user, one path
  4. Your demo runs Link tested on the pitch laptop
  5. Final pitches

MiroFish: test your idea on a crowd

Drop in your idea as a short document. A swarm of AI agents talks it through on a simulated social network, and you get a report plus the chance to question every agent. Every group has its own instance and history. Log in with your group name, for example gruppe3, and the password from your card.

One run, start to report

About 10 minutes. Start a run early, then keep building while it works.

  1. Upload a seed

One to three pages about your idea (PDF, Markdown or TXT). Write your question into Simulation requirement, for example: “How do students in Mannheim react to this offer?”

  2. Graph builds itself about 1 min

MiroFish pulls people, organisations and relations out of your seed.

  3. Agents get profiles 1–2 min

Each entity becomes an agent with its own background and opinions.

  4. Run the simulation about 2 min

Runs are capped at 10 rounds to keep them quick. More rounds rarely add new arguments anyway.

  5. Generate the report 4–6 min

Afterwards, open Interaction and ask single agents why they reacted the way they did.

Outlook: AI that works on AI

Two pieces of news from this week, and the big question behind them.

What it means for your idea: the tools change every few months. The problem you solve and the people you solve it for stay.

From value proposition to clickable prototype

No coding needed, just free accounts. Your goal: one user, one path, a shared link that works in the pitch.

  1. Build brief

Your value proposition in one sentence: for whom, which problem, which benefit.

  2. One path

Start, two or three steps, result. More than five screens won't fit into the time.

  3. Start prompt

Fill in the template below and send it.

  4. Refine

Click through, then exactly one wish per prompt.

  5. Demo

Share the link, rehearse a 60-second demo, keep three screenshots as an emergency slide.

Three tools, always a plan B

ToolRoleFree quotaGood to know
Bolt.newMain tool300,000 tokens per day and personSharing a link is free, 18+
Gemini CanvasFallbackNo fixed limit statedWhen your tokens run out
LovableAlternativeOnly 5 credits per dayBeginner-friendly, runs out fast

Everyone on the team creates their own account, so you get several quotas. Collect every prompt in a shared doc; if a quota is empty, restart with your start prompt in a second account.

When it gets stuck

ProblemWhat to do
Too much at onceCut down to one path, five screens at most
Tokens are goneThe next person continues with their account, otherwise Gemini Canvas
Everything gets rebuiltOne wish per prompt, plus “Leave everything else as it is.”
Error messagePaste the error text and add “Fix it without changing the design.”
Demo hangs in the pitchOpen the link on the pitch laptop beforehand, keep three screenshots ready

The demo in your pitch

  1. One user, one path

Show how your target group solves its problem. Not every feature.

  2. Test it before

Open the link on the pitch laptop before it's your turn.

  3. Emergency slide

Three screenshots in your slides, in case the link or Wi-Fi hangs.

Pitch honestly: say what you built with AI. A prototype looks real but can't do anything yet. That belongs in one sentence of your demo.

Prompt templates

Replace the highlighted parts, then copy. The templates are in German, as on the cheat sheet; writing them in English works just as well.

Start prompt

Baue einen klickbaren Prototyp einer Web-App auf Deutsch. Zielgruppe: [wer genau]. Ihr Problem: [was sie heute nervt]. Unser Werteversprechen: [euer Satz aus dem Value Proposition Canvas]. Die Nutzerin geht diesen Weg: [Screen 1] → [Screen 2] → [Screen 3] → [Ergebnis]. Nutze realistische Beispieldaten, keine echten Daten. Kein Login, keine Datenbank. Einfaches, freundliches Design, gut lesbar auf dem Handy.

Change something

Ändere auf dem Screen [Name] nur [was]. Lass alles andere, wie es ist.

Add a screen

Füge nach [Screen] einen Screen hinzu, auf dem die Nutzerin [was tut].

Button doesn't work

Der Button [Beschriftung] reagiert nicht. Er soll zu [Screen] führen.

Sharpen the copy

Mach alle Texte kürzer und verständlicher für [Zielgruppe].

Sample data

Ersetze die Platzhalter durch 5 realistische Beispiele für [was].

Fix an error

Es erscheint dieser Fehler: [Fehlertext]. Behebe ihn, ohne das Design zu ändern.

What doesn't belong in an AI tool

This applies to MiroFish seeds too: fictional or public material only.

Take-home for every team

Three things to keep working with after today.

  1. Your MiroFish stays open for a week

Until Friday 13 November, 23:59. Same address, same login. Save your reports before then.

  2. A crowd report on your own pitch

After the final pitches, fill in the pitch seed template with your pitch script, upload it to your instance and paste the simulation requirement from the template. You'll see how your target group, the jury and possible partners react, and what to change before your next pitch.

  3. Voucher: a 30-minute AI office hour

Every team gets a free 30-minute call with Simon about AI, prototyping or your next steps. Valid until 31 January 2027. Book it on WhatsApp.

Get involved with smabeg

smabeg is an assistance app that New Life Digital is building together with its founder. It's in beta right now, and the team is looking for people who want to be part of it. Pick what fits you; each link opens WhatsApp with a short message to Simon.
